Checking Off the Checklist...

In the last few days, we've knocked out most of the current to-dos.

Tuesday afternoon I'd made arrangements with our awesome neighbor and friend to move the trailer and then--after he arrived--I realized the hitch lock key wasn't where I would have sworn it was. After rescheduling, I proceeded to unfile every folder in each file cabinet until I discovered that the key had magically materialized in an envelope with all my other tiny house paper work! I'm happy to report the trailer is now in position and will be leveled this weekend. Huzzah!



Additionally, the last of the materials needed for the foundation were purchased, and we are continuing to day four of our salvage project. I'll write more about this in the next post, but for now I'll say that salvaging has a lot to do with why I named the project Kisuy, which is a word from Hebrew that means "covering."
